WEEK 1
BASIC TAEKWONDO 101
Kick off week 1 by understanding the foundations of taekwondo. Learn the Basic Stance, Forward Stance, and Middle Punch through this program.
WEEK 2
BASIC TAEKWONDO BLOCKS
It's important for kids to learn good defense as much as we want them to have good offense. Time for stronger defensive stances by learning Upper and Downward Blocks.
WEEK 3
BLOCKS AND STANCES
Kicks can strengthen their defense this week. Learn more stances and blocks such as the Back Stance, Double Knife Hand Block, and Double Hand Block.
WEEK 4
BACK KICKS
Finally, here are some basic kicks for kids to kick start their offense! Time to learn the Stretch Kick, Front Kick, and In Out Kick.
