Win back the energy and nutrients with this post-training MILO® shake!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 pieces banana lacatan, sliced
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 sachets MILO® 22g
  • 4 pieces cherries, stemmed
  • 2 tbsp strawberry preserved
  • 2 cups crushed ice

MAKE IT:

Combine MILO®, bananas, milk, peanut butter, cherries and strawberry jam in a blender jar.

Blend until fully incorporated.

Add ice and blend again.

Transfer on individual glasses and enjoy!
